

Hi, I'm Diana Lange, a Leadership and Team Performance Consultant dedicated to empowering founders and business leaders with the practical, intentional strategies that drive performance and build teams that thrive.
I started my career leading teams directly, responsible for both my team and their performance. Like many leaders, I didn’t have it all figured out—I struggled to delegate, micromanaged, wasn’t always clear in my expectations most of it unconsciously
Fortunately during my leadership roles at organizations like Ulta, Ratner, and Lush I was exposed to best-in-class trainings and executive-level leadership systems. I applied what I learned both in my own leadership and by coaching the leaders that worked with me. I learned to identify how leadership skill gaps impacted momentum and results, Those early lessons shaped how I lead and how I understand leadership today.
From there, I expanded this work across hundreds of locations and supported thousands of leaders—helping them strengthen how they lead, communicate, and drive performance. A clear pattern emerged: most breakdowns aren’t about effort—they’re about clarity, consistency, and support.
Now, I partner with founders and business leaders to identify what’s not working, fix it in a practical way, and build the structures, habits, and communication that drive alignment, accountability, and performance—so your team and your business can grow without constant friction.
